Simon Chester

Simon Chester is vice president and portfolio manager for American Century Investments®.

Mr. Chester is a portfolio manager on the Global Bond team and is responsible for non-U.S. credit analysis and security selection. Before joining American Century Investments in 2010, he was a senior credit analyst at Western Asset Management in London, where he specialized in European credit. He previously served as a senior fixed income credit analyst with ABN AMRO Bank and a credit rating analyst with NatWest Bank, both in London. He began his career as corporate manager with First National Bank of South Africa in Johannesburg and has worked in the industry since 1989.

Mr. Chester holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of South Africa.
