As a service provider for qualified retirement plans, American Century Services, LLC is providing you with information about our services, expenses and fees. The information is intended to comply with § 408(b)(2) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA).

As a plan sponsor, you must review the information carefully. Investment-related information will be updated at least annually, or more frequently if required by law, and we will notify you if there are other important disclosure changes in the future.

Please review Part I and the appropriate Part II document(s) based on the fund share classes offered in your plan.
