American Century’s® Adoption Benefits Rank in Top 100
American Century was named among the best adoption-friendly workplaces for the 16th year

American Century Investments, the $240 billion* global asset manager, ranked as one of the 100 best adoption-friendly workplaces of 2024, the firm’s 16th appearance on the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption’s list in its 18 years. The list evaluates workplaces based on their financial reimbursement of adoption-related expenses, paid parental leave for adoption and the percentage of employees eligible for those benefits.

In addition to reimbursing up to $10,000 of eligible adoption-related expenses, American Century offers 10 weeks of paid parental leave after the birth or adoption of a child. American Century’s other family formation assistance includes infertility and cryopreservation benefits when medically necessary as well as surrogacy benefits.
